Knox Crawl Space (knoxcrawlspace.com) is owned and operated by BryghtWeb, a registered trade name operating from Knoxville, Tennessee. We are a marketing and referral service, not a contractor: we do not perform crawl space, radon, or structural work, and all work is performed by independent licensed contractors.

We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
What we collect
When you request a pro or contact us: your name, contact information, property zip code, and what you tell us about the problem, including photos you choose to send. When you browse: standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, general location from your IP). Calls to our tracked numbers may be recorded for quality and accountability, with notice at the start of the call.
What we do with it
Request details go to exactly one licensed contractor in our network matched to your job; that’s the service. We keep records of your request and the job’s progress so we can hold that contractor accountable to our standards. We may contact you about your request and, if you opt in, send occasional relevant information you can opt out of with one click or one reply.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your request with multiple contractors, list-brokers, or “marketing partners.” One request, one contractor, records kept for accountability. That’s the entire flow.
Service providers
We use reputable third-party processors to run this service: website hosting, our customer-relationship platform, call tracking and recording, and analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own security obligations; they don’t get rights to use your information for themselves.

We use cookies and similar technologies for site function and to understand how the site is used. Your browser can block or clear cookies; the data pages work fine either way.
Retention & your choices
We keep request records as long as they’re useful for accountability and legal purposes. You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we’ll honor deletion except where we’re required to keep records): privacy@knoxcrawlspace.com.
